Do I need any technical background before joining?

For the AI Fundamentals Short Course, no background is required. The Applied Practitioner Track assumes basic familiarity with programming (Python is helpful). The Team Capability Programme is calibrated to the group's existing skill level.

Where do the sessions take place?

Sessions run from our training space at Plaza Sentral, Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, Kuala Lumpur. Team programmes can also be delivered on-site at your organisation's premises within the Klang Valley — reach out to discuss logistics.

What is the typical group size?

We keep cohorts small — typically 6 to 12 participants. This lets facilitators address individual questions and adjust the pace where needed, rather than moving at the speed of the fastest person in the room.

Can the Team Capability Programme be customised?

Yes. The programme is designed to be mapped to your team's goals. During an initial conversation we'll understand what your team does now and what skills would be most useful to build. The closing showcase is structured around challenges relevant to your work.

How does pricing work for the Team Programme?

The Team Capability Programme is priced at RM 2,930. This covers facilitation, all session materials, the team handbook, and the closing review. For groups larger than 12, please contact us to discuss a suitable arrangement.

What happens to course materials after the programme ends?

All notes, exercise files, glossaries, and project templates are yours to keep. They're formatted for easy reference — so you can return to them when applying what you've learnt in day-to-day work.
