Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: 12 May 2025
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply between Eidolon ("we", "us", "our"), operating from 3rd Floor, Plaza Sentral, Jalan Stesen Sentral 5, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and any individual or organisation ("you") who uses our website at eidolona.top or enrols in any of our AI training programmes.
By using our website or making an enrolment, you agree to these Terms. If you are enroling on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
2. Our Services
Eidolon provides AI talent training programmes, including short courses, practitioner tracks, and team-wide capability programmes, as described on our website. Our services are educational in nature and are designed to build practical understanding and working skills in artificial intelligence topics.
We reserve the right to adjust programme content, delivery schedules, facilitators, or formats where reasonably necessary. If a significant change affects a confirmed enrolment, we will notify you in advance and discuss the options available to you.
3. Enrolment and Confirmation
Enrolment is initiated by submitting an enquiry or application through our website or by contacting us directly. An enrolment is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation (by email) and, where applicable, receipt of the agreed programme fee.
We may decline an enrolment at our reasonable discretion, for example if a programme is already full or if the applicant does not meet stated prerequisites. In such cases any fee paid will be returned in full.
4. Fees and Payment
Programme fees are as published on our website at the time of enrolment. Fees are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of all programme materials unless otherwise specified.
- Payment terms will be confirmed in your enrolment confirmation.
- We accept bank transfer and major payment card methods via our approved payment processors.
- Fees do not include travel, accommodation, or any third-party software costs unless explicitly stated.
- We reserve the right to update published fees for future intake cohorts. Fee changes do not affect confirmed enrolments.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling by You
If you need to cancel or reschedule your enrolment, please contact us as early as possible at [email protected]. The following policy applies:
- Cancellation more than 14 days before programme start: Full fee refund, less any payment processing costs already incurred.
- Cancellation 7–14 days before programme start: 50% of the programme fee will be retained to cover preparation costs. The remainder will be refunded.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before programme start: No refund will be issued, though you may transfer your place to a colleague or defer to a future cohort (subject to availability) at no extra charge.
For team programmes, cancellation terms may be set out separately in a written agreement. Where a separate agreement exists, those terms take precedence.
6. Cancellation or Changes by Us
We will make every reasonable effort to deliver confirmed programmes as scheduled. In the event we need to cancel or substantially reschedule a programme, we will notify you as soon as practicable and offer you the choice of a full refund or a place on the next available cohort at no additional cost.
We are not liable for any indirect costs you may incur as a result of a cancellation or change made by us (such as travel or accommodation costs already booked).
7. Attendance and Participation
Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and engage with programme materials in good faith. For cohort-based programmes, regular attendance helps maintain the quality of experience for all participants.
We do not issue certificates of completion as part of these programmes. A programme summary and materials are provided for your own records and reference.
8. Programme Materials and Intellectual Property
All materials provided as part of our programmes — including slides, worksheets, templates, and written notes — are the intellectual property of Eidolon or our licensed content partners. These materials are provided for your personal or organisational learning use only.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly share programme materials without our prior written consent.
- You retain ownership of any work products you create during the programme using your own data and systems.
- For team programmes, the team handbook is licensed for internal use within the enrolling organisation.
9. Conduct
We ask that all participants engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow participants. We reserve the right to remove a participant from a programme, without refund, if their conduct is disruptive, abusive, or contrary to a reasonable standard of professional behaviour.
10. Website Use
Our website is provided for informational purposes about our programmes and organisation. You may use the website for lawful personal or professional purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the website in any way that disrupts, damages, or impairs its functionality.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
- Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from the website without our consent.
11. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to external websites for reference or convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or availability. A link from our website does not constitute an endorsement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, our liability to you in connection with any programme or use of our website is limited to the total fees you paid to us for the relevant programme. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your participation in a programme or use of our website.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other matter that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website with an updated date. Continued use of our website or enrolment in a programme after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
