What They Found Useful
Collected at the close of cohorts between April and May 2025.
Siti Hasmah Razali
Operations Manager, Shah Alam
"I came in not knowing what a neural network was. The Fundamentals course explained things clearly enough that I could follow without a calculator or a coding background. By the third session I was able to have sensible conversations with the engineers on my team about what our AI tools were actually doing."

Tan Kai Xiang
Data Analyst, Petaling Jaya
"The Practitioner Track was the right level for me. I'd done some Python but never trained a model end-to-end. The lab structure helped — you had to produce something each week, which forced me to actually work through the sticking points rather than leaving them for later. The feedback sessions were useful too, not just a review of what we did."

Nabilah Nordin
HR Manager, Kuala Lumpur
"We put our analytics team through the Team Capability Programme. What I appreciated was that Eidolon spent real time understanding what our team actually does before the sessions started. The group project was mapped to a scenario from our work, which made the whole thing feel less like a course and more like structured work time."

Ahmad Amirul Haziq
Software Developer, Cyberjaya
"The project templates in the Practitioner Track were actually well-thought-out. Usually these things are generic boilerplate you adjust once and forget, but these were structured in a way that made me think about evaluation before I'd built anything — which is the right order. I've referred back to the notes a few times since finishing."

Priya Letchumy
Product Manager, KL Sentral
"Solid course. I'd suggest they add a session specifically on prompting strategies — I understand why it's not there, since the focus is on model fundamentals, but it's something people ask about. Everything that was covered was useful and the glossary is something I've passed on to colleagues."

Zulkarnain Mohd Isa
IT Director, Klang Valley
"We ran the Team Programme for our 9-person development team. The closing showcase was genuinely useful — it forced the team to turn eight weeks of work into something demonstrable. I'd recommend it to any technology manager who wants to get their team to a shared level of understanding without running separate individual courses."

How Participants Applied What They Learnt
Case Study 01 · Logistics company, Shah Alam
From unclear AI vendor claims to structured evaluation
Starting Point
An operations team was evaluating two AI-based scheduling tools from vendors. Neither the team manager nor the analysts reviewing the tools had enough background to assess vendor claims — they were comparing marketing materials, not capabilities.
What Changed
Three team members completed the AI Fundamentals programme. The glossary and session notes gave them a shared vocabulary. They built a simple evaluation checklist during the programme using a framework from one of the sessions, then applied it to both vendor tools.
Result
The team was able to make a structured recommendation to their director within a month of completing the course. The decision-making process was documented and is now used when evaluating other tools.
Case Study 02 · Financial services firm, KL
Building a shared baseline across a data team
Starting Point
A team of seven analysts had varied backgrounds — some with statistics training, some from accounting, a couple from engineering. AI projects kept stalling because team members were working from different mental models of what the tools could and couldn't do.
What Changed
The team completed the Team Capability Programme over eight weeks. Group projects were built around two scenarios from the firm's actual reporting workflows. The closing showcase made the shared knowledge visible — each sub-team could explain what they'd built and why they'd made the choices they had.
Result
Within two months of the programme ending, the team shipped two internal tools they'd been planning for over a year. The team handbook is now part of their onboarding materials for new hires.
