How We Structure Every Programme
All three programmes follow the same core structure: introduce a concept, demonstrate it, give participants time to practise it, then build on it in the next session. This pattern repeats. It's not complicated — but it requires discipline to maintain, particularly when there's a lot of ground to cover.
Introduce
Each topic opens with a plain-language explanation — what the concept is, why it matters in practice, and where the common sticking points are.
Practise
Participants work through an exercise or lab task while the facilitator is present. Questions that come up during this time are the most useful — they're grounded in the actual work.
Consolidate
Each session closes with a brief recap and a pointer to the reference material. Participants leave knowing what they covered and where to look if they need to revisit it.
Programme 01
AI Fundamentals Short Course
A beginner-friendly programme that covers the core ideas behind modern AI systems and the hardware that runs them. The tone is conversational — you don't need a mathematical background to follow along. Sessions use plain language, short exercises, and a glossary that explains jargon when it comes up rather than assuming familiarity.
Aimed at professionals who want a solid grounding before working alongside AI tools, managing teams that use them, or simply understanding what the technology actually does and what it doesn't. Runs across four sessions over two weeks. Notes are provided for every session and the glossary is yours to keep.

Programme 02
Applied Practitioner Track
An intermediate track for those already building or planning to build small AI projects. Covers the data handling, model training, and evaluation steps that tend to cause the most difficulty in real projects — without simplifying them away.
Best suited for developers and analysts who are comfortable with basic programming and want to go deeper into how models are trained and assessed. Delivered over five weeks with a lab session each week. Project templates and feedback sessions are included to give participants something to work with between sessions.

Programme 03
Team Capability Programme
A team-wide programme designed for organisations investing in building internal AI skills. Rather than running a generic workshop, we begin with an understanding of what the team does and what capabilities would be most useful — then map the programme to that context.
Blends structured lessons, group projects, and a closing showcase where teams present their work. The aim is a shared baseline, not just individual learning. Spans eight weeks with weekly facilitated sessions. Includes a team handbook written for your organisation and a closing review to assess where skills stand at the end.
